In order to better support the needs of sellers to ship from multiple sources, AGL has released routes from Vietnam to the US, which can provide FBA sellers with cross-border logistics and warehousing solutions for shipping goods from Vietnam to the US Amazon Operations Center (FC) or Amazon Smart Satellite Warehouse (AWD). The aim is to strengthen sellers' supply chain resilience, support efficient stocking from multiple sources, seamlessly connect with Amazon's intelligent logistics warehousing and distribution network, and accelerate the expansion of cross-border business with more cost-effective logistics solutions.

US site warehousing network

Currently, AGL supports cross-border logistics services from places of departure in China and Vietnam to US sites, providing flexible inbound distribution network solutions for FBA sellers on the US site to meet the diverse logistics and warehousing and distribution needs of sellers. Sellers can store inventory in a single Amazon fulfillment center or multiple Amazon fulfillment centers closer to consumers as needed, with the aim of delivering products to consumers at a faster speed and lower cost.

In addition, sellers can also send inventory to AWD warehouses. Amazon will help sellers transfer their inventory to Amazon fulfillment centers, or manage omni-channel delivery through a single inventory pool (MCD) through multi-channel distribution (MCD).

Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) and Amazon Logistics (FBA) inbound configuration service combination explanation and analysis

Beginning March 1, 2024, Amazon Logistics (FBA) will charge an FBA inbound configuration service fee for standard-size (standard) and oversized items (non-standard items) from FBA sellers on the US site (see Seller Central for details).

Sellers use Amazon Premium Warehousing (AMP) and Ship to AWD services provided by AGL. Amazon will optimize inventory allocation for you in the Amazon network at your destination, and there is no separate FBA inbound configuration service fee. Enquire about booking

Additionally, use AGL Preferred Warehousing (SMP) to send inventory to storage locations in the five major US regions (West, North Central, South Central, Northeast, and Southeast) without paying FBA inbound configuration service fees.

Ship to AWD is a one-stop logistics warehousing and distribution solution covering cross-border transportation, storage, and intelligent replenishment to Amazon fulfillment centers. Amazon sellers can ship products to AWD warehouses in the US for storage through full shipping (FCL) and consolidated shipping (LCL) services provided by Amazon Global Logistics (AGL). Amazon will arrange replenishment from the AWD warehouse to the fulfillment center based on sales forecasts. The AWD warehouse fee includes the FBA inbound configuration service, and there is no separate charge for the FBA inbound configuration service.

Using the Ship to AWD service is not limited by inventory volume, which ensures that sellers always have FBA inventory and maintain low operating costs; at the same time, it also helps sellers sell inventory through multiple channels to manage omni-channel delivery through a single inventory pool.

Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) provides China-Japan cross-border shipping services for FBA sellers in Japan. It helps sellers transport products from Shanghai, Ningbo, and Shekou ports of departure to Tokyo Port in Japan by means of full shipping (FCL) and shipping consolidation (LCL), and directly to the Amazon fulfillment center. The aim is to provide more efficient and convenient cross-border logistics solutions for FBA sellers developing business in Japan and Asia.

AGL's China-Japan shipping service supports non-Japanese entities and entities within Japan as customs clearance subjects, and customs clearance is highly compliant.
