Interest After Principal Loan (IOL)

The total amount of capital is non-revolving, giving sellers the flexibility to repay interest over a fixed period of time before repaying the principal amount (the amount of the loan itself). At the end of the interest-only period, repayment is required in equal amounts of principal (amortization) and interest each month.
Best for sellers who don't have monthly cash flow to pay the principal amount. The seller only needs to pay interest during the term of the loan and repay the principal amount in full at the end of the loan.

Early Payment (MCA)

A fund with flexible repayments and no late fees provides sellers with a sustainable way to grow their business. It links the repayment to a portion of the seller's future sales, and only requires a one-time, fixed fee when financing. The seller will pay back based on revenue, with no additional fees or interest charges.

How long does it take to process an application?

Decision time may vary by financing provider. On average, most decisions are made within one business day.

How can I improve my eligibility?

Providers take multiple factors into consideration when determining financing eligibility, evaluating sellers who have a proven track record of growing sales and who provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Who are the third-party lenders or LSPs I will be receiving loan opportunities from?

In the Amazon seller loan program in China, there are currently four lenders or loan service providers: Doushabao, Jukaifeng, Maibao Yunshou, and HSBC Express Finance. Dowsure is currently the sole LSP under the Amazon Seller Lending Program in Vietnam and Singapore.

Can I apply for more than one loan?

You can apply for as many loans as you would like, but you can choose to accept only one through our Seller Central offerings. After confirming one loan to be funded, you will not be able to proceed with the other loan opportunities or with any outstanding applications made through our Seller Lending Program.

Will my Amazon seller account be suspended or suspended if I don't repay my loan?

If you get a loan from a third party lender, you enter into a loan agreement directly with that third party lender, and you are subject to the terms of that loan agreement. Your participation in the seller loan program and any loan repayment status will not affect the selling status of your Amazon account.

Can individual sellers apply for a loan under the Amazon Seller Loan Program?

Yes. Both individual sellers and professional sellers can apply for a loan in the Seller Loan Program. Ultimately, the lender or loan service provider decides whether to approve and lend the loan.
