Yes, click "Global Selling" under "Amazon Global Selling," or go to Seller Central and click "Inventory," "Sell Globally," "Australia," "Create seller account," and "Register now" in that order.
How much does it cost to sell on Amazon Australia?
The $39.90 monthly subscription fee is shared across the global account. Sellers with a global account already enabled for the US, Europe, and Japan can activate the Australia Marketplace without paying an additional monthly subscription fee.
When will the monthly fee be charged?
Once you complete registration for the Australia Marketplace, the first month's subscription fee will be charged. When using a global account, you need to pay the full first-month fee for each country/region.

Starting with the next monthly billing cycle, the total $39.99 (USD) fee will be prorated across each country or region where you have a seller account, with each portion charged separately in the corresponding local currency.
