Before you start using Buy with Prime, make sure you meet the following criteria:

• US corporate entities: Buy with Prime is currently only open to businesses that are registered in the US and are legally eligible to operate.

• E-commerce website: Buy with Prime can be used on your standalone website and supports most e-commerce service platforms.

• A Professional Seller Central account (Professional Seller Central account) is used to import your product catalog on Amazon to Buy with Prime.

• A business using a compatible order management system (OMS). About more Shopify-supported order management system integrations.

• An OMS system that supports Shopify's split shipping feature and can manage multiple SKU storage locations.

• Sites that don't use Shopify's logistics scripts, which modify logistics methods or shipping rates, but aren't supported by Buy with Prime. To get started with setting up the MCF and Buy with Prime apps in Shopify, follow these steps:

Sign up for Buy with Prime

You can sign up for Buy with Prime through the merchant dashboard or Seller Central.

1. Open the How to get started page and click Sign up

2. Enter your Amazon login information for Seller Central (Seller Central) or Multi-Channel Fulfilment (Multi-Channel Fulfilment) and click Sign up (Sign Up).
Tip: You can switch to another account by clicking Switch Accounts.

3. On the Add Buy with Prime to your site page, select the integration method suitable for your e-commerce platform.

Select your e-commerce service provider (ESP).

4. Enter your valid store URL (e.g.: www.example.com) and click Continue.

5. Select one of the following options:

• If you're using the Shopify website: Click Go to Shopify and install the MCF and Buy with Prime apps from the Shopify App Store;

• If you're using a widget: Continue to Link your accounts.

Using the MCF and Buy with Prime apps in Shopify

Install the app

To install the MCF and Buy with Prime apps, follow these steps:

1. Open the Shopify App Store page and search for the MCF and Buy with Prime apps.

2. Click Install.

On the app installation page, click Install app again to complete the installation process.

Currently, Buy with Prime only supports businesses that are registered in the US and are legally qualified to operate. Please confirm that you are using an Amazon account registered in the US and can connect to your Seller Central (Seller Central) account.

Installing the app is free, but some services may incur costs after activation: for the price of the Buy with Prime service, go to Pricing; for MCF's service prices, check the Multi-Channel Fulfilment Pricing (Multi-Channel Fulfilment Pricing).

Tip: These fees are only accrued when the order is placed and shipped through Amazon.

3. On the Amazon MCF and Buy with Prime app pages, click Connect account.

4. Enter your Amazon email address and password to log in to your account.

By connecting to your Amazon account, you agree to Amazon's Conditions of Use (Terms of Use) and Privacy Notice (Privacy Notice).

Choose the setup that's right for your business

MCF and the Buy with Prime app can seamlessly connect Buy with Prime and Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment (Multi-Channel Fulfilment) to your Shopify website.

• Use only Delivered Fulfilment (Multi-Channel Fulfilment)
You can choose to just use MCF and not use the benefits of Buy with Prime.
Tip: You can also just set up MCF now and then add Buy with Prime later.

Buy with Prime settings

In MCF and Buy with Prime in Shopify, click Get started under the Buy with Prime tab.

The Add Buy with Prime to your site page will show the following four steps:

1. Set up Amazon Pay in Shopify Payments

2. Set up your Buy with Prime account

3. Review matching SKUs and activate Amazon services

4. Configure delivery options

Tip: If you want to switch to a different Seller Central account to set up Buy with Prime, you can click Disconnect to return to the login page.

Set up Amazon Pay in Shopify Payments

If you haven't enabled Shopify Payments yet, then follow the prompts to complete the setup.

Buy with Prime users pay with their Amazon account, and Shopify Payments is responsible for receiving and disbursing payments.

If you haven't already started Shopify Payments, then complete the setup and then enable the Amazon Pay wallet option in the payment settings.

The setup steps are as follows:

1. In the Add Buy with Prime to your site menu, go to the first step Amazon Pay in Shopify Payments and click Set up (Settings) .

2. Go to the Payments page and click Amazon Pay.

Set up a Buy with Prime account

Here’s how:

1. In the menu, go to Step 2: Set up your Buy with Prime account (Set up your Buy with Prime account) and click Set up.

2. Enter your Amazon account information and click Sign in with Amazon
Next, the system will create your Buy with Prime account, which will take about a minute.
Once created, the system automatically authorizes and connects to the Buy with Prime app.

3. Select an account in Seller Central or Multi-Channel Fulfilment and click Select an account.

Tip: If you have multiple accounts, remember to choose the one that contains the products you plan to use to buy with Prime. If you need to remove your account, you can contact merchant support.

4. On the Select a Merchant and Marketplace page, find your corresponding Seller Central (Seller Central) or MCF account and click Select Account.

Once you've completed this step, your Seller Central or MCF account is linked to your Buy with Prime account.

Unlink Amazon and Buy with Prime accounts

If you want to unlink an automatically linked Seller Central or MCF account, follow these steps:

1. Go to the installation page

• If you only set up MCF, go to the Set up Multi-Channel Fulfilment (Set Up Multi-Channel Fulfilment) menu;

• If you have set up Buy with Prime (including MCF), go to the Add Buy with Prime to your site (add Buy with Prime to your page) menu;

2. Scroll to the bottom and click Disconnect.

3. The system will redirect you to the Grow your site with services from Amazon (make your page grow with Amazon services) page.

4. Enter your Amazon email address and password.

5. Follow the instructions on the page to choose the setup path that provides the most benefits to your business (choose the best setup path for your business) to complete the setup.

Review matching SKUs and activate Amazon services

Please follow the steps below to complete it:

1. In the Add Buy with Prime to your site menu, go to step 3: Review your matched SKUs and activate Amazon service (check for matched SKUs and enable Amazon services) , click Set up (Settings).

2. Follow the instructions on the page to complete the process of checking for matched SKUs and enabling Amazon services.

Configure shipping options

You can configure your delivery method by following these steps:

1. In the Add Buy with Prime to your site menu, go to step 4 Configure shipping options (Configure shipping options) and click Set up .

2. Follow the instructions on the page to complete the configuration of delivery options.
