Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA)

Convenient one-stop fulfillment and after-sales service

What is Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA)?

FBA INTRODUCTION
Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) means that after the seller sends products in bulk to an Amazon fulfillment center, Amazon is responsible for storing the products. When products are sold, Amazon completes order sorting, packaging, and delivery, and provides customer service (such as handling buyer inquiries and returns), helping the seller save manpower, material resources, and financial resources. For Chinese sellers, this means delivering products to an overseas Amazon warehouse, and Amazon completes the subsequent fulfillment and after-sales service.
