Can I transfer my product information from North America, Europe, or other sites to Amazon's Japan Marketplace?
Yes. The Build International Listings (BIL) tool helps you sell globally by adding offers and synchronizing pricing across multiple marketplaces. BIL enables you to add numerous offers to additional marketplaces quickly. Then, based on rules you set, BIL manages pricing offers across marketplaces for you through automated updates.
Establishing an international listing does not create a new product listing (ASIN). It adds offers if the product listing already exists in the new marketplace. If it doesn’t exist yet, the offer will not be added. Establishing international product information is also not useful for managing inventory. To make the offer buyable, make inventory available for that marketplace. Learn more about establishing international product listings.

How do I convert currencies?
Amazon Global Payments helps sellers receive global payments in RMB and deposit them directly into the seller's local bank account in China
How do you provide buyer support to Japanese buyers?
When you use Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), Amazon will provide 24-hour customer support for delivery-related questions, which comprise the majority of overall customer contacts, on your behalf in the local language of the relevant marketplace. For many sellers, this FBA feature is critical to selling successfully in Europe. With local language customer support already included in FBA, you can provide your customers with Amazon’s world-class customer service, and you can focus on growing and managing your business.
When you choose to fulfill customer orders yourself, Amazon requires that you handle customer support for delivery and product-related customer contacts.
If you don't have the ability to provide customer service in your local language, you can use an automated computer translation tool to help you respond to email inquiries from Japanese buyers. When you first set up a store in Japan, these machine translation tools gave you a free way to handle customer contacts in a language you aren't familiar with. As your business grows, however, the quality of translations from these solutions may not suffice.
For better-quality service, consider using a third-party service provider to handle your customer support. Visit Amazon's Solution Provider Network for translation services.
Buyers expect prompt and effective service when they have questions or concerns about your products. Customer service specialists who understand your products, know where the buyer’s product is and when it will be delivered, and can respond quickly to email contacts in the local language can help you maintain a healthy seller scorecard.

How are returns from Japanese buyers handled?
When you use Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA), Amazon will provide return services on your behalf, and you don't need to worry about local return addresses or change pricing to offset international return shipping costs, customs duties, etc. For self-shipping sellers, the seller is responsible for handling returns. Sellers must provide a return policy equal to or better than Amazon's return policy. If the seller's return address is outside the country/region where the item was sold, they must choose one of the following methods to provide the return service:
1) Provide the buyer with a return address located within the country/region where the product is registered for sale;
2) Provide the buyer with a prepaid return label;
3) Refunds are not returns, and refunds are provided without requiring the buyer to return the item.

Can listings on the North American and European sites be synchronized to the Japanese site?
Yes. Using Amazon's “Build International Product Information” (BIL) tool, you can easily add your European and American site products, translate products, and set pricing rules in the Japanese marketplace. However, you need to ensure that you have the appropriate distribution rights and that your products comply with local Japanese regulations. For example, electrified products are subject to PSE audits in Japan. Click here to learn more about BIL.
Japanese is not an English-speaking country, so how can I quickly expand the product to Japan?
There are many official support resources to help sellers sell in Japan. In addition to “establishing international product information” (BIL), the Japanese site has a dedicated Japanese customer service (CSBA), and Amazon also has a free translation and upload service (GSO) and paid listing production refinement services for existing listings in Europe and the US. logistics
1 An order for an item was made on Amazon's US marketplace. How can I ship it?
You can set up the product for FBA delivery on the seller platform, and then deliver it to Amazon FBA logistics centers in various countries through the first-pass delivery service of a third party company. Amazon is responsible for storing the goods. After the customer places an order (order delivered by Amazon Logistics), Amazon then completes order sorting, packaging, and terminal delivery, and quickly and conveniently delivers the product to the seller.
You can also complete the delivery of the order through self-delivery. You need to package and ship the order after the customer places the order, and you need to enter a tracking code in the back office so that the consumer can check the progress of the shipment.
