Amazon's Cross-border Shipping Partner Program (Amazon SEND) and Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) are the same first-haul logistics methods recommended by Amazon. These two first-haul logistics methods complement each other to better respond to sellers' cross-border first-haul logistics needs.
What is Amazon SEND
Amazon SEND means that a logistics partner carrier selected by Amazon sends the seller's inbound shipments from China to the Amazon fulfillment center in the destination country to provide the seller with a one-stop FBA first-way warehousing service.
Amazon SEND has now opened a US site (including air and sea freight), a UK site (air freight), a German site (air freight), a Japanese site (air freight), an Australian site (air freight), a Saudi site, and a UAE site (air freight). Other sites will follow. Please keep an eye on Amazon's official notice when that happens.

Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA)
Fulfillment by Amazon (Fulfillment by Amazon), or FBA for short, refers to the logistics and warehousing business provided by Amazon.
Amazon has one of the most advanced logistics networks in the world. Sellers using Fulfilment by Amazon only need to ship the products to the Amazon Fulfilment Center (FBA warehouse) in the target country, and Amazon is responsible for helping the seller store the products. When a consumer places an order to buy a seller's product, Amazon is responsible for sorting, packaging, and final delivery of the order. Amazon's dedicated customer service team also helps sellers provide 7x24 customer service in the local language of the destination country. When a seller's item needs to be returned or exchanged, the Amazon fulfillment center will also help the seller handle it properly. Even when a customer returns an item with a broken package but in new condition, Amazon Logistics can help evaluate the product and provide repackaging services for eligible products.
Using FBA, sellers don't need to pack goods every day; they only need to send a batch of goods to the Amazon fulfillment center every once in a while. In this way, complicated and complicated logistics and logistics work are left to Amazon, and sellers can save a lot of energy, so they can make every effort to expand their global sales business.

Amazon “Buy Ship” service (seller-self-shipped)
When the seller ships the goods themselves, the seller is responsible for all aspects of product storage, packaging, delivery, customer service, etc. Sellers can ship products directly from China to overseas consumers, or from the seller's overseas warehouses to buyers. Amazon is a sales site only.
In order to better optimize the operating experience of self-shipping sellers and protect seller performance, Amazon launched the “Buy Shipping” service (Buy Shipping). By purchasing delivery, you can directly purchase delivery services and print labels from partner logistics delivery service providers on Seller Central, or use the service by connecting to your ERP system through the “Buy Delivery” API.
Benefits of using Buy Delivery:
1. Maintaining seller performance
Self-shipping sellers using the “Buy Ship” service enjoy a negative customer feedback removal policy. Sellers only need to ship on time. Negative customer feedback due to delivery delays by the logistics service provider can request the removal of this feedback; if approved, the feedback will not affect your performance metrics.
2. Amazon Marketplace Claim Protection (A to Z) to maintain your order defect rate
Orders shipped through the Purchase Delivery Service on Amazon US can be protected against Amazon Marketplace claims and order defect rates.
3. Automatic shipment confirmation, valid tracking rate compliance
Amazon automatically confirms delivery and uploads tracking information. Both buyers and sellers can check the order trajectory, reduce customer inquiries, and improve the shopping experience.
4. Improve on-time delivery
Amazon automatically matches a variety of delivery services that meet the timelines promised to buyers. Sellers can choose according to their own circumstances, so that products can be delivered to buyers more on time.
What products are eligible for Buy Ship?
As long as there is a self-delivery order, you can use Buy Delivery. It is particularly suitable for:
● Seasonal products whose sales volume is difficult to predict (such as clothing, holiday goods)
● Electric products (such as electric toys)
● Items that cost less to pick and pack than FBA costs
● Long-tail products with slow inventory turnover (such as large/small size clothing)
● Easily expand and add new options
● Other products that are not suitable for FBA

Europe —— Amazon Logistics European Integration Program (Pan-EU)
Sellers have the flexibility to set inventory storage countries according to their business priorities in Europe, then simply ship the products to any Amazon fulfillment center within the European Union, and then Amazon will automatically allocate these products to all countries where inventory storage is available.
Amazon does all the logistics work, from distributing inventory to logistics centers near customers to arranging order delivery, to ensure fast and reliable delivery services and save you valuable time, so you no longer have to worry about allocating, allocating, and managing inventory across multiple European countries, and no need to pay the European Delivery Network (EFN) cross-border delivery fees per item. Regardless of where the product is shipped from, sellers are only required to pay the local Amazon logistics costs incurred in the country where the product was sold.
The convenience of this plan
● The seller sends the product to any Amazon fulfillment center in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland. After Amazon estimates the sales volume of the product, the inventory is intelligently distributed closer to the buyer.
● It only takes 1-2 days for the product to be delivered to the buyer, and the customer experience is better.
● Only pay for local delivery, no need to pay for cross-border delivery, reducing costs.
Warehouse in 1 country, sales in 8 countries
Countries where sellers can store and sell inventory
Countries where sellers can sell
Implementing logic
* Sellers ship goods to Amazon fulfillment centers in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and Poland, and Amazon allocates inventory based on sales estimates.
Europe — Amazon European Fulfilment Network (EFN)
European Fulfilment Networks (EFN) means you can sell FBA products on all Amazon sites within the European Union through a single Amazon European seller account. Using EFN, products can be stored in an Amazon fulfillment center at any site within the EU (Germany/France/Italy/Spain), and orders from other European sites can be shipped using that fulfillment center's inventory, thereby maximizing sellers' control over inventory and inventory flexibility.
When you have temporarily registered and uploaded a VAT number for one European country, you can sell your products to customers in other European countries through the European Fulfilment Network (EFN).
Europe — Multi-Country Inventory (MCI)
Multi-County Inventory (MCI) is a European multi-country inventory allocation scheme provided by FBA. With MCI, you can send your FBA inventory directly to Amazon fulfillment centers of your choice in multiple European countries, and Amazon stores your products in the fulfillment center closest to local customers.
After sellers register for Amazon Logistics in Europe, they can set to select multiple inventory storage countries and then directly ship the inventory to the inventory storage country of your choice. In the country/region where you store the inventory, your products can be quickly delivered to local buyers.
Europe — Central Europe Program (CEE)
After joining the “Central Europe Program (CEE)”, Amazon will store sellers' shipments not only in Amazon's logistics centers in Germany, but also in logistics centers in Poland and the Czech Republic. Once the Central Europe Program is activated, sellers will save €0.26 on shipping costs for every product made through the German site (Amazon.de). This means if you sell 5,000 units in a year, you can save €1,300 in FBA fees through the Central Europe Program.
Seller Experience
If you want to store inventory in Poland and the Czech Republic, you must register VAT in each country (Germany, Poland, Czech Republic). Therefore, sellers are advised to register Polish and Czech VAT numbers before activating CEE.
UK and EU — remote delivery
After Brexit, Amazon provides sellers with remote delivery between the UK and the EU to help you sell products from the UK or EU, and ship them across borders to the EU or UK without having VAT or inventory in the country of sale.
Eligibility to enable remote delivery
● You must have both UK and EU Seller Central accounts;
● Simultaneous use of FBA delivery in the UK and EU;
● Store inventory of eligible products in the Amazon fulfillment center of the source marketplace;
● Products must meet EURF related compliance requirements. Before listing a product, you must ensure that the product complies with the rules, regulations, and laws of the target marketplace.
