Amazon Logistics and Warehousing

What is cross-border logistics?
CROSS-BORDER LOGISTICS INTRODUCTION
Cross-border logistics can be understood as international logistics. It refers to the process of transporting goods from one country or region across borders to another country or region through sea, land, or air transportation, and completing international commodity transactions through local delivery. The product is shipped from the seller, goes through several stages, and is finally delivered to the buyer.
When sellers set up a store on the Amazon site and start a cross-border e-commerce business, they need to deliver products to overseas consumers. Sellers can choose two methods of delivery, including “seller sale, Amazon delivery” or “seller sale, seller self-delivery”.

The seller sends the product to an overseas Amazon fulfillment center/Amazon warehouse, and Amazon then assists the seller with delivery and after-sales service, including:
● First trip logistics: Sellers can choose Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) or other third party logistics carriers to carry the products to overseas Amazon warehouses.
● Warehouse management: Store products that are in line with the high standards of the Amazon Logistics Warehouse Management (FBA Inventory) provided by Amazon.
● Last-mile delivery: When a product is sold, Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) delivers it to the buyer and provides post-sale support.
Front-end logistics
In the first-stage logistics stage, sellers can choose Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) or other third party logistics carriers to deliver products to overseas Amazon warehouses according to their own needs.
