How to Participate
Amazon Outlet's limited-time promotion is currently invitation-based, and only recommended ASINs can participate.
To join Amazon Outlet, you need to enroll in the Professional selling plan to become a Professional seller, and your overall customer rating must be at least 3.5 stars. In addition, your ASIN must meet the following requirements to be eligible to be listed on the Amazon Outlet page:
● Have inventory that has been in Amazon fulfillment centers for at least 90 days
● Have at least 1 item in stock
● In new condition
● The product has a rating of at least 3 stars or no reviews
● Not currently enrolled in other promotions (such as Deals)
● Has not been featured as an Outlet limited-time sale in the past 60 days
● Is not restricted from sale in your store
● *ASIN requirements may change at any time
Instructions
1. From the Inventory drop-down menu in Seller Central, select the Inventory Planning > Manage Inventory Health tab.
2. To filter eligible inventory, click “Create Outlet Deal” under recommendations shown by condition. You can also click the “Increase Cash Flow” card on the Seller Central home page to go to the Manage Inventory Health page.
3. From the drop-down menu to the right of the eligible product, select "Create Outlet Limited Time Sale."
4. In the pop-up window, enter your price in the Outlet Limited Time Sale price box. Your price must not be higher than the maximum sale price*.
*The maximum sale price is based on the lowest price for the item in new condition, so if the item's sale price changes, the maximum sale price may also change. Once the promotion starts, if the item’s sale price is higher than the Outlet limited-time promotion price, Amazon may cancel this promotion without prior notice.
5. Check the start and end dates of your Outlet limited-time promotion. Click “Submit”.
Please note: by submitting an Outlet limited-time promotion order, you agree to sell all inventory of this item at the promotional price. Sellers may not limit the number of products enrolled in the Amazon Outlet program. If you do not want to sell all inventory for this ASIN at the Outlet limited-time sale price, do not submit an Outlet limited-time sale request.
Amazon reviews incoming promotion requests twice a week. You can go to Outlet limited-time sale report to view your promotion status. Not all submitted Outlet Deals will be approved, and issues such as low buyer ratings or conflicting promotion schedules may cause a promotion request to be rejected. Amazon will send you an email if your promotion is approved.
