Who or what is the right person/situation to use MCF?

Registered as an Amazon seller
Inventory is in Amazon fulfillment centers. If you are an Amazon seller with multi-channel orders, FBA+MCF helps you manage and complete omnichannel orders in one warehouse.
Cross-border e-commerce sellers other than Amazon channels
There is no inventory in Amazon fulfillment centers. If you have a cross-border order and join Amazon right away, FBA+MCF logistics solutions can help you reach global consumers.

Addressing changes in supply chain costs
With potential adjustments to US cross-border package policies, many cross-border sellers are facing changes in supply chain costs due to tariffs. In particular, sellers using multiple e-commerce channels may be looking for more optimized warehousing and distribution solutions. As a professional third-party logistics (3PL) service, Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF) can help you optimize overseas supply chains, reduce operating costs, and support the development of multi-channel sales strategies in the US. Amazon MCF can provide a stable guarantee for the delivery of your US orders. Through advantages such as rapid delivery, strategic inventory layout, and system integration, we help your business establish a strong supply chain foundation and calmly respond to industry changes.

How do I use MCF?

1. If you have registered for Amazon and have inventory in the fulfillment center, you can place an MCF order directly.
How do I place an MCF order?
First step:
Enter recipient contact information
You need to enter your recipient's address on the page. Required fields include country (available international postal address), recipient's full name, street address, city, state/county, ZIP/postal code, and optional fields are customer phone number and customer email address.
Second step:
Add the items you want to ship
You'll need to add this item to the page. You can search for an item with an MSKU, ASIN, or FNSKU in the search bar and select a carrier. Then enter your confirmed order number; if unsure, you can leave it blank; Amazon will automatically generate an order number for you. You can enter comments on the packing order and leave relevant information.
Step 3:
Select delivery speed*
You'll need to select the shipping speed, standard or urgent here, and the estimated time of arrival will be shown here. Finally, you can confirm the summary of the detailed shipping information. After confirming that the information is correct, click “Create Order” or “Create Pending Order” to complete the order.
You can choose the delivery speed when creating an order: standard (3 business days delivery), expedited (2 business days delivery), and the shipping prices for different shipping speeds vary.
How is MCF charged?
Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF) fulfillment fees are calculated based on item size, weight, and shipping speed. Keep fulfillment costs low with just one cost for picking, packing, and shipping. Starting at $7.15 per item, multi-item orders are eligible for tiered discounts (up to 60%) with no hidden fees.
*Please note that Amazon does not charge a referral fee for Multi-Channel Fulfilment orders. All other non-fulfillment fees (for example, monthly storage fee, disposal, and removal fees) will continue to apply and will follow Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) conditions.
With Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF), you only pay for delivery and storage.

Unbranded box
As a seller using Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF), your order will automatically be sent in unbranded packaging, that is, there is no Amazon brand logo on the logistics box and tape, and there is no additional cost for this service!
Applies To
Currently available for packages up to the 18"x14"x8" inch and 20 pound limit. This program also applies to European Fulfilment Network (EFN) orders
If you ship to the US, UK, or Canada, you can now also choose which orders (specific orders) are shipped in unbranded packaging according to your sales channel requirements at no additional cost. Simply select the “Ship using unbranded boxes only” option on the Seller Central order creation page or through the integrated interface when placing an order. As long as the fulfillment center where your inventory is located supports unbranded packaging, Amazon will fulfill your order as required. All MCF sellers will automatically be enrolled in the program.
When you select this option, the system's delivery algorithm checks and verifies that the relevant inventory is located in an unbranded packaging fulfillment center. The “Ship using unbranded packaging only” option is not available if the inventory in question is not in an Amazon fulfillment center that supports unbranded packaging services.
Sales channel support
Amazon MCF supports various sales channels other than Amazon, including but not limited to: independent brand websites, Temu, TikTok Shop, eBay, Shein, etc. The following are guidelines for using MCF for some sales channels.

Frequently asked questions
Can the same account use MCF/FBA/MFN at the same time?
Yes, there is no conflict between these three logistics methods. Amazon Self-Fulfillment by Seller (MFN) is a cross-border logistics method that requires sellers to complete the delivery of products themselves. Amazon Logistics (FBA) and Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) are convenient logistics methods that provide sellers with warehousing, management, end delivery, and customer after-sales services. You can use FBA to fulfill your orders on Amazon, while MCF can fulfill your orders on third-party sales channels.

What kind of packaging does MCF use?
All MCF sellers are automatically enrolled in unbranded packaging at no additional cost. Unbranded packaging is available for eligible, sortable items. Unclassifiable inventory, clothing, footwear, and products over 56 inches and/or 49.9 pounds are not eligible.
How do I cancel an MCF order after placing an order?
To cancel an order, search for the corresponding order ID on the Manage Orders page and click “Cancel this Order” (if any). If there isn't a cancel button in the options, contact Amazon. Amazon will do its best to cancel this order for you, but there is no guarantee that it will be successfully cancelled. You aren't charged for MCF orders that are successfully canceled before shipping. If some of the items in the order have already been shipped, then Amazon will charge the appropriate fees for the items that have already been shipped.
MCF orders are returned, how do I handle them?
Items fulfilled through MCF can be returned to Amazon fulfillment centers. You can click on the return option under Order Details. For Amazon Logistics customer returns, you can track the status in the returns report. For more information, see the Multi-Channel Fulfilment Program page.
