Amazon multi-channel delivery MCF integrates with Saihu's system

Definitions:
Amazon self-shipping orders need to be shipped from an FBA warehouse/Non-Amazon platform orders need to be shipped through an FBA warehouse and can use Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF)

2. Self-shipping orders automatically generate MCF orders for multi-channel fulfillment

[1] You need to use the Saihu product module function, first go to [Product - Product List - Add Product SKU]
[2] The pairing relationship needs to be operated 2 times: FBA product SKU matchmaking, Saihu product SKU and store product SKU pairing

Operation process:

First step:
To establish a pairing relationship (when an order comes in, you need to tell the system which SKU in the FBA warehouse corresponds to). At this point, you need to perform the pairing relationship 2 times: FBA product SKU matching with Saihu product SKU matching, Saihu product SKU pairing with store product SKU. Check the specific operation process: FBA products are paired with Saihu product SKU, Amazon self-shipped products are paired with Saihu product SKU. Online product page processing for each platform can also be processed in matchmaking lists, see matchmaking list

Second step:
Start Amazon FBA multi-channel delivery method, [sales - logistics settings - FBA warehouse logistics, improve settings - enable channels]:

Use Amazon packaging: For example, when using Amazon multi-channel shipping, if you don't want the buyer to know that it was shipped through the FBA warehouse, tell the FBA warehouse not to use an outer box with the Amazon logo. At this time, you can choose whether or not to use an outer box with the Amazon logo. Conversely, if you want to use it, you can select Yes.

Use Amazon logistics: For example, Temu orders are shipped through an FBA warehouse. Many logistics partners do not want official FBA logistics delivery. If you want other cooperation, such as UPS delivery, you can check No. Conversely, if you want to use it, you can select Yes.

3. Manually create MCF orders for Multi-Channel Fulfilment

1. MCF order list for multi-channel delivery. MCF orders can be created individually on the cover page or by importing files in batches to create multi-channel delivery MCF orders. If the logistics information for the multi-channel order changes, you can check it on the order number change page, or you can enable in-site message reminders to automatically alert when changes occur. This page will also include the above self-shipping orders that are automatically shipped to the FBA warehouse, and the corresponding order number change reminder will also support this part of the order.
