• If you ship using the Seller Shipping model: You can continue to use Amazon MCF directly without having to create a separate MCF warehouse in the TikTok Shop back office. There are currently no operating process changes required.

• If you can't use the seller-self-shipping model: If you want to use MCF delivery, you must set up an MCF warehouse in TikTok Shop Seller Central.

Note: Amazon MCF uses multiple Amazon fulfillment centers. Amazon recommends specifying a central warehouse address in the TikTok Shop Seller Central, for example:
• Amazon Fulfillment Center CMH2 – 6050 Gateway Ct, Groveport, OH 43125.
• • If you sell on TikTok Shops outside of the US, enter the address of an Amazon fulfillment center in the heart of your region.

Never enter an Amazon warehouse address to process your TikTok Shop returns. Because Amazon dynamically processes returns through multiple warehouses, it's not possible to set a specific MCF warehouse address as a fixed return bin in TikTok Shop.

Please enter a seller-controlled return address in TikTok Shop Seller Central. Example:
1. 3PL (third party logistics) or own warehouse that you operate.
2. Your business address (if you have the ability to process returns).
3. Professional returns partner.

You can then manage returns manually or through a third party partner by following the following process:
1. The customer initiated the return through TikTok Shop.
2. The seller found the corresponding MCF order on Amazon Seller Central.
3. Initiate a return and obtain a return shipping label in the Amazon dashboard.
4. Once the seller has received the return, they will approve the refund within the time specified in TikTok Seller Central if necessary.
5. Use the Amazon return label to send the item to the designated Amazon return facility.
6. Once Amazon has received the return, it will be quality inspected and the inventory will be re-listed in accordance with Amazon policies.

Note: Sellers are responsible for handling all returns and refunds in the TikTok Shop Seller Central.

• Manually update tracking information: Select Amazon Shipping + Amazon MCF as the carrier in TikTok Shop Seller Central and enter the MCF tracking number (AFTN and non-AFTN tracking numbers are supported).

• Use an integrated tool or API: Your software service provider (ISV) will continue to specify Amazon as the carrier ID and automatically transfer tracking numbers. You don't need to change anything, and the logistics information will be automatically synced between MCF and TikTok Shop.
