BUY SHIPPING INTRODUCTION
The “Buy Shipping” service (Buy Shipping) is an online delivery service for seller-delivered (MFN) orders. Sellers can purchase logistics delivery services directly from logistics carriers through Seller Central or by using the Buy Shipping API.
The “Buy Shipping” service (Buy Shipping) automatically filters delivery options (carriers and delivery methods) that can be delivered on time and meet Amazon's shipping requirements (such as delivery tracking and customs clearance) to ensure that seller-self-delivery (MFN) orders comply with Amazon's delivery policies.
Currently, there are 15 sites that have launched the “Buy Shipping” service (Buy Shipping) for Chinese sellers:

Advantages of the “Buy and Ship” service
Maintain seller performance metrics and guarantee a valid tracking rate (VTR)
Packages using the “Buy Shipping” service (Buy Shipping) help sellers guarantee 100% valid tracking rate (VTR) by automatically uploading tracking information.
Hide negative delivery reviews
Orders using the “Buy Shipping” service (Buy Shipping) receive negative feedback about the delivery experience, and sellers can request that this feedback be reviewed. If approved, the feedback will show a drop line and will not affect the seller's order defect rate.
Additional discount offers
Sellers using the “Buy Shipping” service (Buy Shipping) can enjoy delivery fees not higher than the published rates offered by the carrier, as well as additional exclusive discounts.*
Note: The carrier that purchases the delivery allows the seller to pay the agreed rate (the lesser of both the agreed rate and the exclusive discount).
Marketplace transaction claim protection (A-to-z)
Order defect rates are also unaffected when orders using the Buy Shipping service* receive complaints from buyers regarding delivery issues.
Note: On-time delivery means handing over the goods to the carrier within the delivery preparation time set by the seller
Improve seller operational efficiency
Automate the EU e-commerce VAT process. Amazon will transmit the information required for IOSS to the seller's carrier without additional action from the seller, effectively improving operational efficiency.

Payment methods and rates for the “Buy and Ship” service
Some carriers that support the “Buy Shipping” service (Buy Shipping) offer additional discounts, and all carriers promise that the shipping fee using the “Buy Shipping” service (Buy Shipping) will not be higher than the carrier's published rate, and support a service where you can pick up an order at your door in the covered cities.
Currently, there are no online deductions for all payment methods. Sellers are required to pay fees offline, and sellers are allowed to pay offline at the rate agreed between themselves and the corresponding carrier.
