- Full refund, no customer returns required.
- If the seller requires the buyer to send the item back, they will need to provide the buyer with a return address in the country where the Amazon site the order was made so that the buyer can return the item. For example, if you sell and ship products yourself on Amazon.co.uk that result in a return, you need to provide the customer with a return address within the United Kingdom. If you don't have a local return address, you can also use the local address of a third-party service provider that provides international returns services as your return address. Amazon provides you with a few third-party service providers for sellers to choose from, click here to view them.
- The buyer is provided with a prepaid return mailing label so that the buyer can send the returned item back to the seller using this mailing label in the country where the order was made. For example, if the customer is requesting a return order was placed on amazon.de and your return address is in China, then you need to provide the buyer with a prepaid mailing label so that the buyer can use this label to send the item from Germany to your return address within China for free.
Note: In accordance with the policies above, sellers are not allowed to require buyers to prepay postage costs associated with returns.
In fact, Amazon's US site has implemented the same return processing method since April 30, 2016, with the aim of further improving the buyer's shopping experience on Amazon.
