How can you successfully sell products to Polish and European consumers on Amazon Poland?

1. Amazon Poland website opened
If you already have an Amazon Europe Unified Account (an account that allows you to sell products in 7 other Amazon European marketplaces at the same time), you do not need to create a separate seller account for Amazon Poland. Amazon Poland will automatically appear in your seller account (click on the drop-down menu, the eighth option).
If you're an existing Amazon Europe Joint Account seller and your backend doesn't yet have a Polish site, please check if you're satisfied:
▲ Sales are not restricted in any marketplace on Amazon Europe
▲ The office address information has been filled in on Seller Central
▲ Bank account with allocatable deposit
If all of the above conditions are met, you can contact Seller Support in Seller Central and Amazon will add you as soon as possible.
2. Decide what products you want to sell on the Polish marketplace
You can check the product restrictions on Amazon Poland by logging into Seller Central 👈 Search > “Categories and Products Requiring Approval”.
You can sell products in more than 30 categories on Amazon Poland. Some product categories have additional guidelines that sellers must follow. All product categories on Amazon Poland are limited to products in new condition (selling used, collectible, or refurbished products is not currently permitted).
3. Prepare the product detail page (listing)
Amazon Poland is only available in Polish. If your products already appear in the Amazon Poland catalog, you don't need to translate your product information. If your product is not in the Amazon Poland catalog, you must provide product information in Polish for each new product, including: EAN, UPC, or ISBN number, product title, product description, and product images.
You can sync your product information and prices from the source marketplace to Amazon Poland by going to Seller Central 👈 - Inventory - Global Selling and using the Build International Listing (Build International Listing) tool, and resolve translation issues.

4. Prepare a delivery plan
🚩 Please note:
Amazon will not launch all Amazon Logistics features once Amazon Poland is online.
You can use sellercentral.amazon.pl to list products on Amazon Poland, convert your current self-shipped inventory to FBA inventory, and manually manage pricing or set pricing rules. Amazon will fulfill customer orders on Amazon Poland through a network of fulfillment centers throughout the European Union.
For your Seller Self-Fulfilment Network (MFN) products, please check that the correct shipping template is associated and then review your shipping settings.
5. Check additional information
Check your product and deposit method information, including but not limited to: whether the synchronization is complete, whether the product price is converted to PLN, shipping template settings, whether to add payee account information, etc.
Also, you need to be aware of European VAT:
If you store your products in Poland (stored in a local FBA warehouse in Poland or your overseas warehouse in Poland), or if your sales exceed the EU remote selling threshold of 160,000 PLN (approximately €35,000) for cross-border sales to Polish consumers (shipping from another EU country), then you need to register a VAT number in Poland.
