The Amazon Logistics Heavy and Bulky Goods Program is a logistics solution for heavy and bulky goods launched by Amazon. As of April 1, 2021, Fulfilment by Amazon Europe (FBA) has expanded the scope of product size segmentation for delivery to support products that weigh more than 31.5 kg or are longer than 175 cm. For heavy and bulky items that you sell through sellers' self-delivery, you can now sell using FBA on Amazon's UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain sites, making your heavy oversized products faster and more competitive!

As of April 1, 2021, Amazon Logistics in Europe (English, Germany, France, Italy, West) has relaxed the size requirements for heavy and bulky products. As long as your products meet at least one of the following requirements, you can use Amazon Logistics for sale.

The Amazon Logistics Heavy and Oversize Program also has maximum size and weight limits, which vary from site to site. You cannot create FBA shipments for products that exceed the maximum limit, and if you try to ship such products, Amazon fulfillment centers will reject the inventory. Please refer to the table below for maximum size and weight standards for each site.

The Amazon Logistics Heavy and Bulky Goods Program has different pre-processing requirements than standard Amazon Logistics. Failure to comply with Amazon Logistics requirements for heavy and oversized items may have the following consequences: Amazon fulfillment centers refuse to accept inventory, dispose of, or return inventory, prevent future shipments to fulfillment centers, or charge fees for non-compliance. Please share these requirements with your carrier or vendor to ensure that they are fully understood and adhered.
