So what are the eligibility requirements to join the Amazon Logistics New Product Delivery Promotion Program?Let's take a look!
● Applicable sites
Amazon sites in the US, Japan, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Canada, Mexico, Singapore, Australia, UAE, and Saudi Arabia.
● Requirements for seller eligibility
Professional sellers using Amazon Logistics (FBA) are not limited to the time the seller can sign in; new and old sellers can participate!
*The US site, Japan site, and European site require sellers to have no IPI score or an IPI score greater than 400; other sites do not require this.
● Requirements for ASIN eligibility
New parent ASINs sold and shipped through Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) only. “Eligible ASINs” are required to meet:
✔️ New Amazon Logistics (FBA) products;
✔️ Sent to Amazon fulfillment centers after March 1, 2022;
✔️ Meet the requirements of the product category;
✔️ Non-media products or used products.

For brands that have completed brand registration*, a 5% monthly sales refund on eligible Amazon Logistics new parent ASIN sales will be used to offset logistics costs.
Applicable sites: Amazon US, Japan, UK, France, Germany, Italy and Spain.
🟦 Sales refund service is applicable
✔️ For eligible large items, up to 30 items per parent ASIN can enjoy the return offer within 90 days.
✔️ For eligible standard-sized products, up to 50 items per parent ASIN can enjoy the return offer within 90 days.
✔️ For eligible products in the Clothing & Footwear category, up to 100 items per parent ASIN can enjoy the refund offer within 120 days.
*Note: Must be the brand owner or its internal employee; the 5% sales refund from the “Amazon Logistics New Product Entry Promotion Program” and the “New Seller Starter Package” cannot be combined at the same time. After the event for new sellers to enjoy 5% sales rebate on the “New Seller Starter Package” is over, they can then be eligible to enjoy 5% sales rebate on new products selected under the “Amazon Logistics New Product Entry Promotion Program” if they meet the conditions.
The bulk clearance service allows sellers to recover excess and funds from buyers returning inventory to save on storage fees.

✔️ The first 100 products for each eligible clothing and footwear ASIN, the first 50 items for each eligible standard-size ASIN, and the first 30 items for each eligible new selection large ASIN within 180 days from the date of initial inventory receipt.
✔️ Sellers on the US site can still remove inventory through other removal channels, such as disposal and returns, for the associated necessary fees.

Waived 3-month FBA storage fee
New ASINs that meet the program requirements are exempt from the monthly storage fee for the first 50 items of each parent ASIN within 90 days of receiving the first item at the Amazon fulfillment center.

Waived 3-month FBA storage fee
From now on, large new ASINs that meet the program's requirements can also enjoy the program's fee savings. The monthly storage fee for the first 30 items of each parent ASIN will be waived for 90 days after receiving the first item at the Amazon fulfillment center.
🟦 “Exclusive” benefits for clothing accessories, shoes, and bags
Exempt the 4-month FBA storage fee
New ASINs that meet the program requirements are exempt from the monthly storage fee for the first 100 items of each parent ASIN within 120 days of receiving the first item at the Amazon fulfillment center.
Inventory removal fees are waived for a certain number of items per eligible parent ASIN for a set period of time.

New ASINs that meet the requirements of the program are exempt from the inventory removal fee for the first 50 items of each parent ASIN within 180 days of receiving the first item at the Amazon fulfillment center.

New ASINs that meet the requirements of the program are exempt from the inventory removal fee for the first 30 items of each parent ASIN within 180 days of receiving the first item at the Amazon fulfillment center.
🟦 “Exclusive” benefits for clothing accessories, shoes, and bags
Free removal within half a year after receipt
New ASINs that meet the requirements of the program are exempt from the inventory removal fee for the first 100 units of each parent ASIN within 180 days of receiving the first item at the Amazon fulfillment center.
Within 6 months of receiving the first item at the Amazon fulfillment center, the first 20 items of each parent ASIN are exempt from the return processing fee, and there is no quantity limit in Japan!

The return processing fee is free

🟦 American and European sites Clothing accessories, shoes, luggage categories
Preferential return processing fee for products
New ASINs that meet the requirements of the program are exempt from return processing fees for up to 20 items per parent ASIN that are returned if a customer returns within 180 days of receiving the first item at the Amazon fulfillment center.
If you are a new Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) seller and your products are shipped from a local address in the destination country to an Amazon fulfillment center, you may consider using an Amazon Partnered Carrier to ship the input warehouse. After signing up for the new product selection program, you can enjoy discounts on inbound transportation fees from Amazon partner carriers, which can reduce transportation costs of up to 135 Canadian dollars to Canada and 2,200 Mexican pesos to Mexico.
