New service!
Amazon's return issues with sellers' self-delivery (MFN) orders in the US have always been a headache for many sellers and friends. It's too expensive to return it directly from the US to a warehouse address that doesn't accept returns, and sometimes the payment is lost, which is really a dilemma!
Now, Amazon has launched the Return Service Provider Program (RP), which not only simplifies your return experience in the US, but also greatly saves costs!
This program provides sellers with multiple service providers to choose from, and these service providers will provide their contiguous US warehouse addresses to receive and manage returns for seller-delivered (MFN) orders. The program not only reduces return costs for sellers, but also further streamlines the return process and enhances the return experience.
The Return Service Provider Program (RP) will be available to all sellers in the US starting March 2022!
When a buyer requests a return, self-shipping sellers are required to choose between three return methods: no refund, return within the destination country, and return within China. Specific return process requirements 👉 The latest requirements for the self-delivery return process
When you choose to return within the destination country, you first need to provide the site you are selling with a local return address in the destination country, and then Amazon will only use this address to generate it for the buyer when the return request is eligible.
