What is the SEND Amazon Partnered Carrier Program?
After participating in this program, sellers can view full logistics services such as order placement, transportation, customs clearance, warehousing, and tracking on the seller back-office in the UAE and Saudi stations. Among them, Amazon provides a fulfillment system order experience, and Cititrans provides a fulfillment logistics service experience.

How do I join the SEND Amazon Partnered Carrier Program?
1) In the SC back office, you can select Send to Amazon (Send to Amazon) through Manage FBA Shipments in the Inventory drop-down menu, and in the first step: select the inventory you want to ship (Step 1: In Confirmed inventory to send), check the “I am interested in the Amazon Partnered Carrier Program” check box below to begin checking the SKUs information that needs to be shipped.
Note: The system will select this check box by default. You may choose to deselect the checkbox.
2) Next step: Confirm shipment (Step 2: In Confirm shipping), select an Amazon-partnered carrier and begin selecting the delivery date you want the carrier to pick up the shipment or the date it will be delivered to the service provider's warehouse. We've disabled days (such as public holidays and weekends) when carriers don't pick up items or when warehouses don't pick them up.
3) In step 3: Print the waybill label (Step 3: Print box labels), select 100*100mm thermal paper or A4 paper to print and attach to the outer packaging of the box, then wait for the service provider to pick up the goods or deliver them to the service provider's warehouse.

❓ Q1. What is the relationship between Amazon and carriers?
Amazon offers the Partnered Carrier program to assist sellers looking to inbound inventory into Amazon fulfillment centers. The shipping services are provided by the carrier and not Amazon. Amazon only facilitates your engagement of the carrier to provide these services. These services are provided independently of Amazon and the there is no agency relationship between the carrier and Amazon.
❓ Q2. If I ship products directly from the manufacturer or distributor to Amazon, can I continue to use the Partnered Carrier Program?
Yes, as long as the product is in a country/region covered by the Partnered Carrier Program and the manufacturer or distributor agrees to use that carrier. All that you need are the shipment details when creating the shipment in Seller Central.
❓ Q3. How do I estimate shipping costs?
We estimate shipping cost based on the shipment packing information you provide (box weights and dimensions), product category and the billable weight. You are responsible for providing accurate shipment information and for the actual cost of the shipment. Providing inaccurate information may result in the blocking of future shipments to the fulfillment center, or an additional charge. The estimated shipping cost includes all the cost involved in the shipping, including custom duties and taxes.
❓ Q4. What do I do if my shipment contains dangerous goods, or if my products are not classified as dangerous goods?
Dangerous goods are prohibited on partnered carrier shipments and you will need to send any shipment that contains dangerous goods with your own carrier. For more information, see Examples of products that may be regulated as dangerous goods (Hazmat).
