💡 Please note:
① If you have local inventory in Europe (that is, your products are stored in a local FBA warehouse), you need to prepare your VAT number in advance. But that doesn't mean you can only sell in countries where you have a VAT ID. You can read the second section of this article about EFN to learn how to sell products through EFN to buyers in countries without a VAT tax ID;
② In order to facilitate faster delivery of your products to buyers and increase buyers' praise and repurchase rates, Xiaobian suggests that you register a VAT number on all the sites you want to sell. After opening Pan-EU, your products will be automatically transferred to an FBA warehouse closer to the buyer, and purchased more quickly by buyers. You can read the introduction to Pan-EU in the second part of this article to learn more.

Amazon (FBA)
Sellers can use Amazon Logistics (FBA) to send products directly to Amazon fulfillment centers, so that Amazon can help you complete order sorting, packaging, and delivery, and provide customer service such as customer inquiries and returns to help you reduce complicated logistics operations, saving time, effort and worry!
📍 Applicable sites: All sites

Sellers need to manage logistics and inventory between multiple countries at the same time, so we recommend using the EFN and Pan-EU artifacts, plus the China-Europe Plan, to help you easily complete logistics delivery in multiple countries within Europe, and also save logistics costs!
01 European Delivery Network (EFN) ---One country VAT, one country warehousing, multi-country delivery
The European Delivery Network (EFN) supports sellers to sell in multiple European countries at the same time. They only need to send products to an Amazon fulfillment center in Europe. Using this inventory, all orders on Amazon's European site can be shipped, effectively broadening sales opportunities in Europe.
📍 Applicable sites: English/German/French/Italian/Spanish
02 Amazon Logistics European Integrated Service (Pan-EU) ---Multi-country VAT, one-country warehousing, multi-country delivery, lower freight
Using Amazon Logistics Europe Integration Service (Pan-EU), sellers can flexibly set inventory storage countries according to their business development priorities. Allow Amazon to sell and store your products in more countries by registering VAT numbers in more countries or by manually opening more storage countries.
📍 Applicable sites: Germany/French/Italian/Western/Poland/Netherlands/Sweden
03 Distribution network expansion (China-Europe plan) ---Three countries inventory sharing
If you have VAT in Germany, Poland, and the Czech Republic, you can also join the distribution network expansion (Central Europe Program). You only need to send inventory to German fulfillment centers. Amazon will automatically allocate inventory stored in Amazon fulfillment centers in Germany to Poland and the Czech Republic to improve the timeliness of product entry. You do not need to pay additional fees during this process.

💡 Attention
① Affected by Brexit, Amazon suspended transportation across the new customs border between the UK and the EU on December 28, 2020. Sellers can continue to use Pan-EU in European countries/regions, and can use FBA and EFN normally in the UK.
② If the seller has activated Pan-EU, but some sites do not have “enable inventory storage”, then EFN is automatically enabled on these sites.
