No.2 Permission Management: Secondary User Access

If you want to authorize a second-level user, you first need to add your second-level user to the global account, then click “Add to Global Account”. Then perform the following operations:

● Click “Administrative Permissions” for the second-level user that requires administrative rights.

● In the “Inventory” section, permission to open the “Amazon Inbound Distribution Network - Secondary User Access” and “Global FBA Inventory” features.

● In the “Reports” section, open the “Global FBA Inventory” feature permission to allow second-level users to access reports on the Global Inventory View page.

No.3 Check the progress of the goods

You can view all of your inventory on Amazon (including non-US sites) by clicking “Global Inventory View” and send them to the AWD Center at the US site.

No.4 Use STA to create shipments

🔶 Create a shipping request:

① Log in to Seller Central and go to Amazon Logistics Inventory — select “Inventory Planning” in the “Inventory” drop-down menu bar — click the “Global Amazon Logistics Inventory” button

② Click the check box for the ASINs you want to send to the FBA warehouse. You can select the item “Ship to Amazon FBA Warehouse” from the “Selected Products” button drop-down menu at the top left of the page.

🔶 Select delivery logistics channels:

① Shipping using Amazon Cross Border Logistics Service (AGL):

Select AGL shipping — fill in customs information such as ISF and importer PoC — confirm carrier fees — confirm details, and ship

② Shipping using non-Amazon Cross-border Logistics Services (AGL):

Uncheck the box using AGL shipping — fill in the delivery time — print a label — select a third-party carrier — confirm delivery

Whether or not you choose Amazon Cross Border Logistics Service (AGL), you can choose to ship your goods to an AWD warehouse.

🔸 Upstream storage fees

You will be billed once a month to pay for all inventory you send to Amazon's warehouses and distribution centers. Amazon calculates these charges based on how much you use each day, and only charges for the cubic feet of space you use. The monthly storage fee will appear on your Seller Central account for one month after it is accrued.

🔸 Processing fees

Includes all sending and shipping activities of your goods within Amazon's inbound distribution network. Once your goods leave the Amazon Inbound Distribution Network and are shipped to an FBA warehouse, processing fees will appear in your Seller Central account.

🔸 Transportation costs

For boxes that are replenished from the Amazon inbound distribution network to an FBA warehouse, the shipping fee is charged per cubic foot. Once your shipment is delivered to an FBA warehouse, the shipping charges will appear on your Seller Central account.

Q1: How does AWD's automatic replenishment work?

① Amazon monitors inventory levels for every seller SKU in the FBA warehouse
② Amazon triggers automatic replenishment when total supply (including on-hand inventory and inventory to be shipped) falls below optimal levels
③ Amazon automatically creates purchases from AWD warehouses to FBA warehouses, and Amazon Logistics is responsible for transporting these goods

Q2: How does AWD track inventory?

① Sellers can view inventory at distribution centers on the Global Inventory Explorer (GIV).
② When automatic replenishment is triggered, sellers can track goods on GIV and track shipping queues on Seller Central.
③ If you need to lift the automatic replenishment restrictions, Amazon will notify you via email, and you can do so on GIV.
④ You can also provide feedback on your restocking on GIV so Amazon can understand how Amazon is working.
⑤ Once you have received the automatic replenishment in the Amazon FBA warehouse*, you will be able to see this inventory on the “Manage Your FBA Inventory” page in Seller Central.

*Currently, it takes less than 7 business days to move your inventory from the AWD center to the Amazon delivery network.

Sellers only pay for the space you use. With inventory automatically replenished to FBA warehouses, sellers can now focus their energy on growing their business and improving product offerings.
