1.1 What Is the Account Health Assurance (AHA) Program
Account Health Assurance (AHA) is a new benefit for professional sellers who consistently maintain a high Account Health Rating (AHR).
(1) Benefits of joining the Account Health Assurance (AHA) program
● If your account is deactivated, Amazon will proactively contact you
After joining the Account Health Assurance (AHA) program, if you run into an issue that could lead to account deactivation, an Account Health specialist will proactively contact you using the contact information you registered in Amazon Seller Central and walk you through the issue and how to resolve it step by step.
● Sellers work with us to resolve issues within 72 hours, so they can keep selling with peace of mind
When Amazon contacts you, as long as you actively work with us to resolve the issue within 72 hours, Amazon will not deactivate your selling account, which helps you continue selling products. (1) Eligibility requirements for joining Account Health Assurance (AHA)
● You can join the Account Health Assurance (AHA) program if you meet the following requirements

🔺Note: If you meet the Account Health Rating (AHR) requirements but have not set up an emergency contact number, Amazon will email you before enrolling you to let you know that you meet the program requirements, but you need to provide emergency contact information. Please ensure that your emergency contact phone number is always accurate and up to date so Amazon can reach you when needed.
(2) How to avoid losing eligibility for the Account Health Assurance (AHA) program

On the “Account Health Assurance” page, if a red exclamation mark appears, your account is currently at risk of losing eligibility for the Account Health Assurance (AHA) program. At this time, please take the following actions promptly:
● Resolve violations promptly, ensure that the Account Health Rating (AHR) reaches 250 points or higher, and maintain it for 6 months;
● Be sure to provide a valid emergency contact number.

Then, take the appropriate steps so that you can qualify for the Account Health Assurance (AHA) program as soon as possible.
Even if you don't currently meet the requirements for the Account Health Assurance (AHA) program, you will still have a chance to join the program later . 2 Detailed explanation of the Account Health Rating (AHR) feature
Maintaining an Account Health Rating (AHR) above 250 for at least 6 months is a requirement to join the Account Health Assurance (AHA) program.
To help you better manage Account Health, Amazon has upgraded the Account Health Rating (AHR) feature to show the risk of a seller account being deactivated for not complying with certain Amazon selling policies. This metric will be displayed on the “Account Health” page in Amazon Seller Central.

You can also use the image below to understand the comparison before and after this feature upgrade:
2.1 Introduction to the Account Health Rating (AHR) feature upgrade
Upgrade 1: add Account Health score
The Account Health Rating feature now includes an Account Health score from 0 to 1,000, using three colors—green, yellow, and red—to distinguish different account health conditions, so you can monitor your overall Account Health in real time and proactively avoid the risk of account deactivation due to various policy violations.
Green: 200–1,000 points, healthy account
Yellow: 100–199 points, Account at risk of deactivation
● Red: 0–99 points, the account has been deactivated or is at risk of deactivation
Upgrade 2: Added the severity level for each violation
The Account Health rating feature now labels the severity of each violation, with 4 levels: severe, high, medium, and low, helping you identify the priority for handling violations and resolve first the violations that have the greatest negative impact on your Account Health.
2.2 How to improve your Account Health Rating (AHR) score
Option 1: Appeal
We recommend that sellers check the policy compliance section on the “Account Health” page every day and resolve point deduction issues by following the instructions in the performance notifications they receive. You can click the “Appeal” button and follow the prompts to submit an appeal/dispute or contact the complainant to withdraw the complaint. If a violation does exist, be sure to review the relevant policies, identify the root cause of the violation, and take preventive measures to ensure that the same issue does not happen again.
① ASIN-level appeal process
Step1
After you receive a violation notice, please do not rush to delete your violating products.
Step2
Please investigate your compliance issues yourself before referring to the performance notification.
Step3
Please go to the Performance Notifications you received and decide what action to take next.
Step4
If you have any concerns, you can use the “Call Me Now” button on the “Account Health” page to contact an Account Health Support specialist.
You can contact an Account Health Support specialist by following this path: log in to Amazon Seller Central, and click “Performance” > “Account Health” > “Call Me Now”
Step5
After talking with an Account Health support specialist, you can take further action to correct the violation.
Step6
Take action that matches the violation. For details, refer to the Performance Notifications you received or the advice from the Account Health specialist.
You can view your Performance Notifications by following this path: log in to Amazon Seller Central, and click “Performance” > “Performance Notifications”
🔺Note: If the violation is not resolved or the appeal is not successful, the violation will remain on the “Account Health” page for 180 days. During this period, all of these violations may put your account at risk of deactivation!
② Account-level appeal process
Different types of account violations require different next steps, as follows:
★ Repeated offenses ★
You need to write a Plan of Action within 72 hours explaining why you had repeated violations to avoid Account deactivation. You need to appeal through the “Reactivate Your Account” button at the top of the “Account Health” page<2>, and then appeal through the “Appeal” button to the right of the corresponding violation.
Account Health rating is below 100
You need to appeal all violations on the “Account Health” page in order, starting with “Severe,” based on the severity of your account health rating for the violation, to earn back your points.
Severe violation
You need to appeal violations marked as “severe” to avoid account deactivation.
Method 2: Increase order shipment volume
You can also earn additional Account Health rating points by increasing your order delivery volume. Sellers can get a 4-point increase by successfully delivering 200 orders within 180 days.

5 Common Questions Q&A
❓Q1: My Account Health Rating (AHR) has not yet been updated to a numeric score. How can I tell whether I meet the enrollment requirements for Account Health Assurance (AHA)?
If you can’t see the numeric score for your Account Health rating, you don’t meet the enrollment requirements for the Account Health Assurance (AHA) program.
Q2: If there’s an emergency and you call me but I miss the call, what should I do?
In the event of an emergency, Amazon needs to contact you within 72 hours. Not only will you receive a phone call, but you'll also receive an email with instructions on how to get in touch with Amazon. If you can't answer the phone when Amazon first calls you, Amazon will continue to call you. You can also use the “Call Me Now” button on the Account Health page to call the Amazon team directly.
Q3: What happens if my Account Health Rating (AHR) score falls below 250 after I enroll in the program, but there are no policy violations on the Account Health page?
Your account health rating score will increase based on the number of orders you have successfully shipped in the past 180 days and the number of policy violations you have resolved, and will decrease according to the number of policy violations you have caused. After you enroll in the Account Health Assurance (AHA) program, if your business is seasonal or you ship a small number of orders, your Account Health Rating may also drop below 250 even if you have not committed any violations.
If, after you enroll in the program, your Account Health rating is below 250, but there are no policy violations on your Account Health page, your enrollment status in the program will not change. However, once you have any policy violation, you need to file an appeal and resolve the issue within 10 days, or you will lose your enrollment in Account Health Assurance (AHA).
Q4: If I don’t want to continue selling products that violate policy, do I still need to file an appeal?
Yes Even if you don’t want to keep selling it, Amazon still recommends that you appeal or dispute the product. Because any violation warning left on the account health page will deduct points from your account health rating and could put your account at risk of being suspended.
❓Q5: When will the violation be removed from the “Account Health” page?
In the following situations, violations will be removed from your “Account Health” page:
❶ You have successfully appealed or disputed the violation, and it has been approved;
❷ The relevant Rights Owner withdraws the intellectual property complaint.
❓Q6: Before these violations occurred, my Account Health was good. After I resolve this serious violation, will my score return to its previous level?
Yes, once you successfully resolve the serious violation that caused points to be deducted, your score will be updated accordingly within 24–48 hours, and your account will return to its previous state.
❓Q7: What if I submit an appeal/dispute after 72 hours?
If you see a violation on the “Account Health” page, we recommend that you address it as soon as possible and patiently wait for the review team’s decision. If the performance notification you receive explicitly mentions a 72-hour deadline, be sure to submit an appeal or dispute within this period, or your account will be deactivated.
