Amazon’s Blank Box program has received widespread attention from many sellers since its launch. To give you a better experience, Blank Box has been updated for the UK and Canada Marketplaces!Now, you can choose which orders to ship in “unbranded packaging” based on your sales channel requirements, at no additional cost.

Currently available for Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) orders in the US, UK, and Canada.

As long as your current inventory is in a fulfillment center that supports unbranded packaging, Amazon will fulfill your orders as requested (all MCF sellers will be automatically enrolled in this program).

As of now, Amazon’s Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) unbranded packaging program covers nine Marketplaces: the United States, Japan, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, Spain, France, and Italy.

Currently applies to Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) orders in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada.

Sellers using Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) can ship standard-size product orders in unbranded packaging at no additional charge, as long as they do not exceed 45.72 x 35.56 x 20.32 cm and 9 kg. There will be no Amazon branding on the shipping boxes or tape.

Apparel, Shoes, and non-sortable items are not currently covered by Blank Box.

Sellers who meet the above conditions can log in to Seller Central, select 【Orders】-【Create MCF Order】 from the navigation bar in the upper-left corner, and turn on the 【Ship in Blank Box only】 toggle when adding products.

If your existing Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) inventory is stored in a fulfillment center that does not support Blank Box, Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) will not be able to fulfill orders for that inventory in Blank Box. In this case, sellers will need to follow the standard inbound process and send their inventory to an Amazon fulfillment center that supports Blank Box. Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) will then automatically fulfill orders for that inventory in Blank Box through the Amazon fulfillment network.
