● The personal bank account comprehensive information search certificate must include the account holder's personal name, residential address and bank account number; the comprehensive information search voucher for a public bank account must include the account company name, company address, and bank account number.

If the primary contact is not a corporate entity or beneficiary, Amazon will require the seller to provide a letter of authorization from the primary contact ● authorized by the company's legal entity to actually operate the account. The documentation requirements are as follows:
● Write according to the template provided below;
● Signed by the beneficiaries/legal representatives;
● Company seal and letterhead (company's special paper);
