You can access the Compliance Reference tool at the following path:
Log in to Amazon Seller Central and click “Catalog > Add Product” in the menu bar. After entering the page, click “About Adding Products > Compliance Reference > Compliance Self-Assessment” at the bottom left of the page.

How to search and query compliance information
