For only $39.99 per month, you can access 18 marketplaces, including those in North America and Latin America
Referral Fee
Amazon charges different referral fee rates based on the product category. For details, see the Referral Fee rules for each Marketplace: US Marketplace and Canada Marketplace.
Logistics costs
Overseas delivery involves a variety of logistics costs. Amazon provides a variety of logistics solutions and promotions to help sellers minimize logistics costs.

To accelerate your success, Amazon recommends activating and using promotional tools such as ads and coupons, as well as brand tools, within 90 days of listing your products. Amazon has introduced multiple incentive programs to help sellers reduce promotional costs.
New Seller Incentives

New Seller Incentives is an incentive program for professional sellers who list their first sellable ASIN after March 1, 2024. It can provide new sellers with a range of getting-started recommendations and corresponding fee discounts, helping reduce the risk and cost of taking these actions and supporting sellers in achieving rapid sales growth. After completing growth tasks, sellers can receive multiple rewards.

Logistics and Warehousing
LOGISTICS & INVENTORY
Amazon sellers can choose between “Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA)” and “Merchant Fulfilled Network (MFN)” when shipping products to overseas consumers.
Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA)
Amazon provides first-mile logistics and warehousing management to ship products to Amazon warehouses overseas, then handles subsequent delivery and after-sales service. Currently, Amazon offers the following logistics solutions in the North America and Latin America marketplaces: Amazon Global Logistics (AGL), Fulfillment by Amazon Inventory Management (FBA Inventory), Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), and Remote Fulfillment Program (NARF).

Merchant Fulfilled Network (MFN)
Sellers manage the entire process, from inventory management, product packaging, and cross-border transportation to customer service and returns and exchanges. They can use Amazon's official Buy Shipping service to select suitable third-party carriers directly in Seller Central.

Frequently Asked Questions
About registering an account
Are there any requirements for the business scope stated on a business license when selling on Amazon?
To sell on Amazon, there are no strict requirements for the business scope of your business license. However, considering the long term and the stricter compliance requirements of some Marketplaces, such as the Europe Marketplace, we recommend keeping the business scope you enter as consistent as possible with the product categories you plan to sell on Amazon in the future.
I accidentally signed up for an account or I don't need my account anymore. How do I close my account?
Please contact Seller Support to close your account.
Can I stop and complete my registration later?
Yes, you can always return to this page to complete your registration. Please sign in using the email address and password you provided when creating your account to continue.
Will the information I've entered be lost?
No. None of the data you provided during registration will be lost. However, you will only see information related to the currently selected service.
Can I change my payment method later?
You can add a new bank account or credit/debit card at any time via “Account Info” under the “Settings” tab of your account.
What should I keep in mind when entering my credit or debit card information?
Please ensure that the information you enter exactly matches the information your bank has on file, including your card number, name, phone number, ZIP code, and address (entered in English or Pinyin), and especially check whether the default billing address is the same as your credit/debit card billing address. If not, please click “Add New Address” and fill in the new address information in English or Pinyin.
A third-party service account can be used as a deposit method
Yes, but if you use a third-party service account, please select “United States” in the “Bank Address” field under “Deposit methods”.
Can tax information be skipped?
No. The US tax review is a self-service review process that guides you through entering your identity information to determine whether your account needs to pay applicable US taxes. Most identity information will be pulled from the information you previously entered and prefilled for you. To help meet US tax authority requirements as efficiently as possible, make sure you answer all questions and enter all required information during the review process. Chinese sellers must also complete this review process before they can complete the registration process.
Are there any guidelines for uploading documents for seller identity verification?
Yes, you can download the North America Marketplace seller registration guide at https://gs.amazon.cn/north-america/resource.html.
If I have successfully registered for an account in the US Marketplace, do I need to register another account to sell in the Canada Marketplace?
No. With the “North America Unified Account,” you can sell in four Marketplaces: the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil, and pay only one subscription fee.
What are the requirements for the payment card used during seller registration?
Please use a credit or debit card that supports international payments (Visa or Mastercard, with Visa recommended), and make sure it supports the local currency of the destination country, has sufficient available credit or funds, is valid, and has no payment restrictions. Please do not use virtual credit cards.
What should I do if my credit/debit card is shown as invalid during registration?
Please first check your credit/debit card to confirm that it has not expired (with at least 6 months of validity remaining), has sufficient available credit, supports the local currency of the destination country, and has no payment restrictions. For a new card, it is best to have a record of at least one successful transaction.
Does the receiving account need to be a corporate account?Does it need to be in the legal representative’s name?
The receiving account can be a personal account. However, we recommend that you use the legal representative’s receiving account. If you plan to sell in the Europe Marketplace, your Europe Marketplace receiving account must be a business account (the account holder must be the registered company).
Account information and store settings
What types of products can't be listed on the US Marketplace?
You must comply with all applicable federal laws when listing and selling products on Amazon. You must also comply with state and local laws applicable to the jurisdiction into which your products are sold. For more details, click to view the Prohibited Products policy.
Does a brand have to be registered in the local country before products can be uploaded?
If you have already received the brand registration “acceptance letter,” you can include the brand name in the product name you upload. Note: An acceptance letter is sufficient; if you have not received an “acceptance letter” for registration, it is recommended not to use the brand name for the time being. However, please upload the product first. After you receive the brand acceptance letter, ask Seller Support to help you change the product name.
Can I sync my listings from the US Marketplace to the Canada Marketplace?
Yes. Through “Build International Listings”, you can sync eligible ASINs from the US Marketplace to the Canada Marketplace in just five steps, and the system will directly translate key information such as titles and descriptions.
About logistics
An order has been placed for an item on the US Marketplace. How can I ship it?
You can set the product to use Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) on Seller Central, then use a third-party company’s first-mile logistics service to ship it to an Amazon fulfillment center in the United States. Amazon stores the goods, and after the customer places an order (an order fulfilled by Amazon), Amazon then picks, packs, and delivers the order.
You can also fulfill orders through Merchant Fulfilled Network (MFN). After a customer places an order, you need to pack and ship it, and enter the tracking number in Seller Central so customers can track the shipment progress.

Are there any official logistics service partners?
In the Seller Central menu bar, go to “Service Provider Network” and then “Explore Services”, select the service you need (for example, international delivery), and view the partners for that service.
Are there any discount programs for new FBA sellers?
Fulfillment by Amazon has launched the FBA New Selection program, which offers FBA fee reductions to help sellers use FBA more easily to sell new products, reduce upfront costs during the initial product-testing period, and expand sales opportunities. Search for “FBA New Selection program” in the upper-right corner of Seller Central to register right away and learn more about the program.
How can I sell my US inventory in Canada?
To make it easier for Amazon sellers to sell in the Pan-American region (the United States, Canada, and Mexico), FBA offers sellers the Remote Fulfillment Program. You can use Fulfillment by Amazon inventory in the US to ship products to sellers in Canada and Mexico. Search for “Remote Fulfillment” in the upper-right corner of Seller Central, find “Remote Fulfillment Program,” then start registration and learn more about the program.
How do I choose a barcode when creating an FBA shipment?
You can use either the manufacturer's barcode or the Amazon barcode; the default is the manufacturer's barcode. If you select the manufacturer barcode, the FNSKU shown in the barcode printed on the product label will be the product’s ASIN starting with B0, which means the listing will share FBA inventory with other sellers that have the same ASIN (if they also use the manufacturer barcode). Only listings you created yourself using that brand can be received using the manufacturer barcode. You can change the settings under “Fulfillment by Amazon” in “Settings” at the top right of Seller Central.
How should products shipped to an Amazon warehouse be packaged, and must they be packed in cardboard boxes?
The following product categories must use Amazon barcodes and cannot use manufacturer barcodes instead: topical products (such as skin care products, shampoo, and cosmetics), products with an expiration date, consumables, and preprocessed products whose barcodes can’t be scanned.
How do I know if my product is classified as dangerous goods? What information is required for a dangerous goods review?
▪ You can search by entering “dangerous goods” in the search box in the upper right corner. On the search results page, “Is my product dangerous goods?” Select “Find ASIN,” enter the product ASIN to search.
I want an Amazon warehouse to help me repackage my returned item. How do I set it up?
▪ A Safety Data Sheet (SDS) or product composition information sheet must be completed for dangerous goods when they are received at the fulfillment center.
How can I view the fee preview for FBA products?
▪ You can find relevant information by searching “Information required for products classified as regulated dangerous goods” in the search box.
