If a seller owns, operates, participates in, or has access to multiple Amazon selling accounts, they will be deemed to have multiple accounts or are associated with multiple accounts. According to the Amazon Seller Code of Conduct, you can only maintain one Seller Central account for each region where you sell products, unless you have a legitimate business need to open a second account and all accounts are in good standing. If any one of the multiple accounts you operate violates Amazon's selling policies or seller code of conduct, other accounts may also be affected (e.g. suspended) until all accounts are in good standing. If you operate multiple accounts in the same region or in different regions, make sure all of your accounts are in good standing. The Amazon account link is an opportunity to be appealed. The specific appeal method should be determined based on the seller's actual situation. Specifically, it is divided into three situations:

Scenario 1: I know another account that belongs to me

After reviewing the performance notification and conducting an investigation, if you confirm that the linked account is yours, you will need to log in to the linked account to find out the reason for the account's suspension. Once the linked account has been successfully appealed and reinstated, reinstate your current selling account that was suspended due to the linked account through an appeal.

1. How do I submit an appeal?
According to the performance notification requirements, click the “Reactivate Your Account” button to submit (after clicking the “Reactivate Your Account” button, you will also see the requirement to submit/upload the required appeal documents).

2. What materials do I need to submit?
Once your linked account appeal is successful, you will receive a follow-up performance notification informing you that your linked account has resumed normal sales. Next, you can appeal the current sales account by providing a performance notification or email screenshot showing that the linked account has been reactivated and submitting the activation date.

Scenario 2: I know another account, but it doesn't belong to me

I am aware that the linked accounts mentioned in the performance notice have had direct or indirect partnerships before, but there are currently no partnerships.

We recommend that you provide a specific and valid appeal statement detailing why your current selling account is linked to a linked account. Please take note of all the information mentioned during the appeal process and submit the specific documents and information required for the appeal as required. If you are unable to provide certain documents, please provide details about why you are unable to provide them.

Scenario 3: I don't know about another account

I have no idea about the linked accounts mentioned in the performance notice.

1. How do I submit an appeal?
Please sort out and investigate all personnel, business, sales activities, operations, etc. that have occurred since the account was created, and list all events that you think will cause you to link to other accounts without your knowledge or notice.
For example, if you entrust a third party to help manage your Amazon business, but that third party's contact information is also shared with other seller accounts.

It is recommended that you provide details of all investigations in your complaint, record in detail the suspicious information you have detected, including the time and location of the incident, the personnel or company involved, the course of the incident, etc.; and specify how you will ensure the security of your account information in the future to prevent similar linked account situations from happening again.
