Carriers that have completed ShipTrack integration with Amazon will be displayed in Seller Central. When the seller selects the ShipTrack carrier to ship the product to the Amazon fulfillment center, the carrier will automatically provide the seller's Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) shipment tracking number (Tracking ID) and display it on the “Shipment Summary” page in Seller Central.

After the seller uses the ShipTrack carrier to ship, the status of the shipment changes to “Shipped” and the “Shipping Method and Carrier” will show the name of the ShipTrack carrier you actually chose. The PRO/tracking number or tracking number will also be automatically updated, so you can check the status of your shipment at any time.

When the seller is using a non-partnered carrier, the ShipTrack carrier list can be found in the “Select Carrier” drop-down field in the second step of creating the shipment (or step 4 when creating an LTL shipment).
After using the ShipTrack Carrier, when can I find the tracking number in Seller Central?
As soon as the ShipTrack carrier receives the seller's product, Amazon begins displaying shipment tracking information on the shipment summary page in Seller Central and stops refreshing shipment tracking information once the shipment has arrived at the Amazon fulfillment center. In rare cases, when tracking information isn't refreshed in a timely manner, contact the carrier.
