As shipping capacity is tight this year, more and more sellers are looking for more flexible and stable logistics solutions. As official logistics, Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) actively allocates capacity to provide sellers with rich shipping routes covering the US, West, and East US. When you ship via AGL's Ship to AWD, you can choose to ship to AWD warehouses in the US West or East US on the Seller Central (Seller Central) booking page.

In particular, when there is a recent shortage of capacity between the US and West, you can actively choose to send goods to the US East to ensure space, avoid cargo delays caused by waiting times in the US and West, make capacity planning in advance, and be more comfortable when replenishing goods during peak season.

Many sellers have indicated that they can only get support by contacting an account manager or operator every time they encounter a need for proof of delivery (Proof of Delivery, POD for short), especially when the end of cargo transportation is archived as proof of delivery, etc. In order to help sellers save time and unnecessary communication costs, AGL will support sellers to download proof of delivery directly from their Shipper Central account for Amazon Global Logistics Booking Platform (Shipper Central) orders completed after April 1, 2024 from July 2024. With the launch of the new feature, you will no longer be able to simply contact us to obtain this certificate, but you can directly self-download the file.
