If you want to expand your European network, do you have any of these concerns:
Seller A: My products sell well in the UK, but will German consumers like them?What about France?
Seller B: Every region has to re-test the product. Isn't the time cost too high?
Seller C: How is the product priced?I don't know at all!
How do I find the Global Product Demand feature?
You can access the Product Selection Compass - Global Product Requirements Tool page in the following three ways
● Seller Central “Growth” Menu > Selection Compass > Global Product Demand
● Seller Central Inventory Menu > Global Sales > Marketplace Product Guide > Selection Compass > Global Product Demand
● Seller Central Homepage Card > “Global Product Demand” or “New Product Recommendation” > Global Product Demand
Global product demand has been upgraded again!
Big hit list in Europe and many countries, use data to draw key points!
This functional upgrade is based on historical data and trend models for products in the UK or Germany to generate popular product selection opportunities, consumer preferences, and sales forecasts for the next 12 months in the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the US, helping everyone to scientifically plan inventory and investment and activate new regions at low cost. Speak with data and refuse to “shoot decisions in the head”!
If you are a UK seller:
Enter the ASIN of the existing product in the UK to check the sales forecast for this product on the four European sites of Germany, France, Italy, and Spain, as well as the US site
If you are a German seller:
By entering the ASIN of an existing product in Germany, you can also check the sales forecast for this product on the four European sites of the UK, France, Italy, and Spain, as well as the US site
* The latest product demand recommendations are provided every two weeks, and the forecast data is for reference only.
Take an example
1 Go to the global selection requirements page of the Product Selection Compass from the UK/German seller portal;
2 Click on the target site you want to know, such as the United Kingdom;
3 In the “Reason for Recommendation” column under the “Target Store's New ASIN” menu, you can see the ASINs sold on the source site. Currently, they are “high demand” products in the UK, and you can understand the corresponding estimated sales for the next 12 months;
4 Then switch to the “Competition Status” column under the “ASIN provided by other sellers in the target store” menu to check that this ASIN and similar ASINs are currently being sold on the UK site;
5 As can be seen from this, the ASIN is in high demand in the UK, but there is also some competition.
The Product Selection Compass is a global product selection tool launched by Amazon. By analyzing product sales data on existing sites, combined with 150+ dimensional data such as consumer behavior, search trends, and competitive popularity of target sites, it recommends high-potential products and explores business opportunities for you.

This set of logistics combo helps you easily hit the European market!
The Product Selection Compass has helped you find a gold mine of potential European sites, but how to efficiently deliver products to buyers is the key to truly winning against Europe!Many sellers may be concerned about these logistics challenges:
● How should logistics be distributed between the UK and the EU?
● European countries have different delivery standards, which is troublesome to manage
● Inventory is scattered in many countries, so aren't logistics costs huge?
● What about complicated local delivery rates in European countries?
Eligible sellers: Only open a UK site or EU site (such as Germany)
Recommended bilateral warehousing - double line layout between Britain and Europe, seamless coverage
Bilateral warehousing means shipping your products to the UK and any country in the EU (Germany, France, Italy, or Spain) and simultaneously listing ASINs on both sides.
Advantages of bilateral warehousing:
Local FBA inventory in the UK and EU can be used for fast delivery, which is efficient, fast and cost effective.
Eligible sellers: All European sellers who want to expand their multi-site opportunities in the EU
It is recommended that by using the Amazon Logistics Europe Integration Service (Pan-EU), you can enjoy shared inventory in multiple EU countries, fast delivery, and only local delivery fees when entering the EU.
With only 1 country to enter the warehouse, Amazon automatically allocates your inventory closer to the customer, and easily sells the products to 9 European countries (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden, Poland, Belgium, and Ireland). It is recommended that Germany be preferred. Germany is the EU logistics center, Pan-EU transfers are free, and Amazon has 5 FBA operating centers in Germany.
Pan-EU advantages:
Achieve shared inventory, fast delivery, and only local delivery fees, saving logistics costs and time when entering warehouses in multiple countries. The fastest delivery takes only 1-2 days. Compared to cross-border delivery, the final cost can be reduced by up to 53%.
Tips:
If you complete these two logistics solutions at the same time, you can easily expand your business to the top 10 European sites and achieve a 3-5 times increase in sales. Additionally, you can sell to 30+ European countries/regions with one click through the European Export Program.
Chen Xiaobin, founder of the World Diary
We used the combination of 'bilateral warehousing+Pan-EU' to achieve a 'perfect FBA' and easily sell our products to 9 major European sites. Through this method, inventory can be stored in an operation center closer to the buyer, which not only shortens the delivery time to 1-2 days, but also saves a lot of delivery costs, and increases sales by about 3-5 times.
